We have been using Staino since we got one as a sample from a dentist. Had been using Glide, which is fine for getting something that's stuck between your teeth, but Staino is so much better to actually clean stains (tobacco, tea/coffee) from between teeth. It's slightly abrasive, so it leaves teeth feeling very clean. Wish it were available locally or on Amazon (they only have flossbox or the pick and they are both wasteful); it's already pricey, and with shipping, it makes me think twice. When I was offered free shipping I ordered 3. Hope there are other options when we've finished with this batch.
